DEBORAH, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Our Director of Operations Deborah has an extensive background in Business Management and Development. She develops and integrates the best procedures and processes for our clinic, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes to give you a seamless patient experience. With her natural leadership skills, she loves to challenge our amazing team and enhance our team culture.

Deborah is passionate about aesthetic medicine and loves to see how the constant innovation in this field helps our patients look and feel their best. Outside of work, she is busy raising two humans and two puppies. She loves fashion, travel, and a good book.

Kayla, rn

Kayla brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in nursing and aesthetics to our office. With a passion for helping others and a keen interest in cosmetic dermatology, she helps patients feel welcome, heard, and confident in their journey.

Kayla has mastered IPL treatments and is very passionate about helping our patients look and feel their best. If Kayla isn’t in the office, you’ll find her hanging out with her kitten, or hiking and camping outside of Vancouver with friends.

ASHLEY, RN

Ashley is a registered nurse who brings her love and passion for the cosmetic dermatology industry to each client interaction. With eight years of acute care nursing experience from Vancouver General Hospital, each client is lucky to experience excellence on every level.

Ashley is a master of microneedling and has become a locally renowned vampire facial expert. When she isn’t perfecting her cosmetic skills, you can find Ashley running the sea wall or enjoying a good cup of coffee with a book. Ashley’s personal beauty mantra is “Be your own kind of beautiful” and she thrives on helping others achieve their beauty goals. We can’t wait for you to meet Ashley and see how she can help you love your skin.

LISA, PATIENT COORDINATOR & EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Lisa is one of the first friendly faces you’ll see when you visit us. Her warm, positive energy as she manages the schedule and the flow of patients ensures that you feel cared for along every step of your experience with us. Having worked in the aesthetic industry for over 10 years, Lisa has honed her five-star customer service skills as well as her knowledge of cosmetic treatments and advanced medical skincare.

Lisa loves food, shopping, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. She’s currently keeping busy with the arrival of her second daughter, but she looks forward to being back with the team soon!

Maria, Clinician

Maria is a highly skilled clinician who brings extensive experience in the aesthetic industry to her role at West Dermatology. Like our Nurses Ashley and Kayla, Maria will assist Dr. Sutton during your consultation. Injectables are her passion and she is incredible at helping you understand all things injection-related. 

Maria’s professionalism and warm and caring energy make her a perfect addition to our team. And wait until you hear her giggle—it’s infectious—you can’t help but giggle with her. We can’t wait for you to meet her!
