Our team brings decades of experience and a wealth of skill to every treatment and procedure. We’re united in our expertise but we also really care about our patients- united in our passion for dermatology. We love finding solutions for our patients; so whether you’re struggling with a skin condition, hoping to rejuvenate your appearance, or looking for a total transformation, we’d love to work with you to build a strategy unique to your needs and goals.
Dr. Allison Sutton is our founder and team leader! Dr. Sutton is passionate about making every patient feel empowered, confident, and like the best version of themselves. Her approach is a breath of fresh air – offering genuine, empathetic care that caters directly to your own goals, concerns and needs. She’s known best for the way she creates personal, thoughtful experiences that inspire confidence and transform every patient’s life for the better.
Ashley Lukow, RN
Nurse Clinician
Ashley is a registered nurse who brings her love and passion for the cosmetic dermatology industry to each client interaction. With eight years of acute care nursing experience from Vancouver General Hospital, each client is lucky to experience excellence on every level.
Ashley is a master of microneedling and has become a locally renowned vampire facial expert. When she isn’t perfecting her cosmetic skills, you can find Ashley running the sea wall or enjoying a good cup of coffee with a book. Ashley’s personal beauty mantra is “Be your own kind of beautiful” and she thrives on helping others achieve their beauty goals. We can’t wait for you to meet Ashley and see how she can help you love your skin.
Kayla Cribley, RN
Nurse Clinician
Kayla brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in nursing and aesthetics to our office. With a passion for helping others and a keen interest in cosmetic dermatology, she helps patients feel welcome, heard, and confident in their journey.
Kayla has mastered IPL treatments and is very passionate about helping our patients look and feel their best. If Kayla isn’t in the office, you’ll find her hanging out with her kitten, or hiking and camping outside of Vancouver with friends.
Emily
Clinic Coordinator/Executive Assistant
Emily grew up in the Vancouver area and is educated in medical office administration and business administration; she has spent over 10 years working in Healthcare. She is passionate about preventative skincare and restoring that youthful glow we all dream of! Emily loves and recommends our line of ZO Skincare for their brilliant products and proven results. When she's not keeping our clinic running, she spends lots of her spare time volunteering with a local dog rescue, fostering and transporting dogs. We're so grateful to have Emily on our team!
